So today at the gym im training at on vacation a powerlifter came up to me and hey was like whats up abercrombie. Obviously this guy is about 25 percent bodyfat and an obvious powerlifter as im doing my bodybuilding routine.
He goes hows it going abercrombie as im on my final set of 21's for biceps.
I'm using 65 lbs and proper technique and i just have never had anybody encounter me like that.
People need to STFU and train. Not worry about somebodies routine and what is working for him.
Anybody else get this, vice versa.
I know its working for me because i started bodybuilding in mid december at 6'0 160 lbs and im currently at 6'0 194 lbs with 11 percent bf.
Only taking xtend, on whey, ast32x and i cycled pure cee.
People these days.
