Huck & all - DNP - 5th day

getgo

New member
This is my first DNP run:

Day 1 & 2: 200mg/day
Day 3 - 7 400mg/day

Supplements:

Quercitin 2g/day (started one day before cycle)
Magnesium 900mg/day
Vit C 3g/day
Vit E 1200g/day
Glycerol 3 tbls/day

I'm currently on Day 5 and frankly have had absolutely no noticeable side effects other than increased sweating. I have cut down my workout volume and energy levels are quite acceptable. I seem to be tolerating it very well so far. My questions:

1. Unless it suddently exhausts me in the next 2 days, can I continue the cycle past 7 days? If so, for how long should I do it ?

2. Can I increase my dose to 600mg/day?

Thanks all.

:)

Hey bro,

Glad to hear that your doing ok on it.

In answer to your questions :

a) Yes you can go over 7 days, but dont go for more than 12 - 14 days

b) NO! Dont go to 600mg/Day! You WILL be bad. Just stay at 400. You will notice more results on day 6/7/8 then it will really kick in then if you carry on.

What was your weight before/now ?

Cheers

Paul

on your first 4 days, stay at 200mg/ed; you should allow for the build up to figure out your bodies tolerance.

200
200
200
200
400
400
400
400

Something like this, always go in increments of four; this will prevent an intolerable build-up. Keep it safe, it is your first hit at DNP.

I agree with the above responses,EXCEPT-You can go beyond 14 days if you're tolerating the sides well.I have gone 42 days straight before, and had I had access to quercetin at the time I would probably have gone longer. Not saying I recommend that, just that it has been done without too many adverse effects for me personally.I would recommend you keep it limited to no more than 21 days on this one.As stated above, don't go above 400mgs/day on your first run.

good job

thats good to hear man NO SIDES
im looking into hitting DNP is it tolerable enough to go into a
office job while on DNP... also have you lost any LBS yet...

Thanks all for your responses! I will try to continue for another few days but keep it at 400mg/day.

reivog & white716 - My weight hasn't really changed yet but from all the posts I've read, I should expect to see a drop around a week AFTER I complete my cycle.

white716 - if your office is airconditioned or the weather is cool, you should be fine. I made sure the airconditioning was cranked up and placed an additional fan next to my desk. It may just be how my body reacts to DNP, but truly, I was not particularly uncomfortable.

Be careful! DNP builds up in your system to a maximal concentration (which is based on the dose).

It takes 4 days at xmg/day for DNP to build up to this maximal blood level (for xmg/day).. If you take 400mg/day for a few more days you will see how it catches up with you.

Also, even when you are at a constant (high) blood level (ie, after day 4 at xmg/day), DNP will wear you down..

How did you diet before and during this cycle?

Andy13 - Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll continue till I feel I can. If I feel too drained of energy, I'll just stop.

As for my diet, I'm at around 2000cals, keeping my protein high, carbs mainly from fruit but also from a little rice/pasta, and fats low. My diet before this cycle was different only in that I had more carbs.

If you are interested, i've written extensively on DNP... This is only for the advanced, but I started using high-dose, short duration DNP cycles.. I first would do 3-4 days of DNP, but found 2 days to be the best for me..

I did a lot of experimenting to develop this type of cycle.. I got best results (best fat loss, felt best, most muscle retention) when I would go super high for two days, eating ULTRA low calories for those two days and 1 1/2 days after, then carb up to begin another round... If I wanted to get ultra shredded ever again, that's how I would do it..

The thing I found was that, even on ultra-high doses, the 'like shit' feeling can be minimized by going into the cycle with moderately filled glycogen stores and eating carbs (Pepsi) only when I felt low energy..
