for brefess i had natty oatmeal mixed with peanut butter & raisins, scrambled eggs with cheese ondaside and an iced tea
lunch was tuna mayo on whole wheat with 2% milk
munched on cashews throughout the day in between meals
this is my pre-workout mealwhole wheat pancake mix with eggs, 2% milk, 1 scoop mocha joe muscle milk, veggie oil, with 2% to drink
after my workout it's gonna be 93% lean ground beef with sloppy joe sauce and a sweet potato, crystal light to drink
i need good carbs and fats
