how to be fat, by swole (what did u eat today?)

for brefess i had natty oatmeal mixed with peanut butter & raisins, scrambled eggs with cheese ondaside and an iced tea

lunch was tuna mayo on whole wheat with 2% milk

munched on cashews throughout the day in between meals

this is my pre-workout mealwhole wheat pancake mix with eggs, 2% milk, 1 scoop mocha joe muscle milk, veggie oil, with 2% to drink

after my workout it's gonna be 93% lean ground beef with sloppy joe sauce and a sweet potato, crystal light to drink

i need good carbs and fats

let's hear it...what'jew eat nuggasons?

I got a lot lets see...what kind of raisins are they they the kind with added sugar?
hole wheat bread is not a good source of carbs even thou you would think it is but its not.no bread it.
what kind of mayo they do make omega-3 mayo they also make some good kinds of flavored tuna
veggie oil bad use extra vergin
have you seen my recipe thread its got a lot better pancake recipes in it bro check it out.

i cup of oats for breasfast with 6 egg whites and 5 ouches of chicken breast snack protein shake lunch can of tuna with 1 cup of green beans snack shake a natural peanut buttter.. dinner 8 oucnes of lean beef thats it

donuts for breakfast are the shit
 
7:30 am- 11 egg whites, 1 whole egg scrambled, 3 packets of plain Quaker instant grits

10:30am- 1/2 lb chicken breast, 3/4 cup of oats

1:00pm- 3 Tilapia fillets, 2 spoons of natural peanut butter, 2 cups of steamed broccoli

2:00pm- TRAIN

3:30pm(PWO meal) 6 oz skinless chicken breast, 2 cups of white rice, 1 small bowl of black eyed peas

6:00pm- 1/2 lb of sirloin steak, 2 spoons of flax oil, 2 cups of broccoli


Will eat again around 9:00 and will most likely be another 12 egg whites w/ some salsa and 2 more spoons of flax oil or peanut butter. Needless to say I'm closing in on showtime,and I'm going fucking nuts. My cheat meals, well if you wanna call it a cheat meal is sushi once/wk and it's almost always the same thing. Organic brown Basmatti rice, steamed broccoli, mixed w/ a tuna fillet and just a touch of red curry sauce. Fuck man, just the grill like taste and red curry mixed in w/ that rice is like heaven right now.
 
breakfast - 6 ounces ground turkey, 1 tablespoon home made quacamole, 2 teaspoons olive oil

lunch - 7 ounces london broil and 4 servings string beans

snack - same as breakfast

snack - 1 scoop whey, 1 tablespoon olive oil

dinner - 14 egg whites, 4 servings string beans, 1 1/2 cup oats

snack - 2 scoop casein, 1 serving almonds
