when on juice all I do is 3-4 extra sets, 1 set of each exercise more, this way when Im off my cycle, I can kinda keep up to what I was doing when on steroids, thats the way I like it

incline 3sets
decline 3sets
dumbbells 3sets
no more then 12 sets
on juice anywhere from 14-16
cf 4 sets
incline 4 sets
decline 4sets
dumbbells 4sets
