Of course everybody is replying to this one!!
I'm 5'3, 160lbs and I don't claim to be very strong, but I can bench 2 plates (225) for 10-15 reps, depending on the day.
I don't know what my max is, but every once in a while I try to see how many times I can get up 2 1/2 plates (275). Last time was for 6 with no spotter (about a month ago).
