I’m looking for your advice on the best way to use Trenbolone for strength. I’m looking to gain around 50 lbs on my big lifts. My bench press has been lagging lately so if I can add some strength to it that would be great. What do you think about starting out at 200 mg a week of trenbolone for the first 4 weeks, then increasing it to 350 mg the last 4 weeks and going 8 weeks total. I’m 42 years old and I am approximately 215 lbs.
