Since my whole DRAMA SESSION I've been thinking a lot about relationships. I keep fantasizing about a relationship where when you meet eachother you just look at eachother and you just know that this is the right one for you. A relationship where the sex stays exciting because you both always want eachother. A relationship where you are always on the same page. A relationship where you make love for the first time and everything is just right......

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Is it too much to expect the whole package, good conversation, attraction, good sex, same morals and values?

Is this just a pipe dream? Am I just brainwashed by society and TV?

With my husband I had almost everything I wanted about 80% of the time. He turned out to be an asshole......

Sex was okay when we went the extra "mile" for eachother.


I guess I'm just feeling sorry for myself.....

Sorry to hear that girl... I mean NOTHING is that perfect...but it IS possible to get somewhat close to it! I have a very good relationship w/ my fiancé - sex is FUN/GREAT etc b/c we both make it interesting all the time. We have a lot of the same interests (sports, tv shows etc.)... We definitely have tempers so we argue once in a while - that's NORMAL - but we both get over it fast.
Every relationship takes a lot of work & I believe that your expectations (whatever they may be) should always be communicated & then as the relationship progresses - it should always be reitterated until it happens!

I'm in a relationship that's everything you describe, at least for the time being. There are still some obstacles to beat but i'm hoping this is the one.
