Walk length of gym holding 20 kg plates

first off wtf is a kettlebell swing? and 2nd i dont believe someone can get a massive chest like that doing only bench press for chest and only twice a week
 
But I do agree that these "differences" are overhyped quite alot. I used to believe wayy to much of it.

The sickle sell thing I believed was evolution via death by misquitoes carrying disease

i think pretty much all observed differences are evolutionary. . .either natural or forced. . .e.g., the huns, in addition to being prolific pillagers, were prolific procreators. . .this is the reason for many of the asian physical characteristics in certain parts of russia and other areas where there is no "asian" population. . .
 
I was reading that "forced evolution" is commonly called Darwinian Evolution , LOL

There used to be a guy at a gym I went to - I don't know what he did at home or anywhere else but all I ever saw him do was chins and pushups. He'd do set after set of them, back and forth. I don't think he counted sets or reps or anything, he just did them what seemed like an hour - total prison workout. He looked better than 99% of the people there.

Back to genetics again?

He was a white guy, fwiw.
