So you wake up at 3:30 in the afternoon? what's that all about?

I would replace the fruit with something else for the 2:30am meal. Too close to bed for carbs for my liking. Maybe throw in a can of tuna instead or do you eat fish? Also, why the sour cream?

ya i wake up around 3pm cause the work the grave yard shift.... i know it sux... and the sour cream is because i like it with my potatos and rice :) Cant add tuna, dont eat fish either. Im not too strict with my diet, i try to eat clean and no junk food.

What i'm trying to do is that i want to raise my matabolism by increasing my LBM... and that was i can lose some unwated fat.

why will you have milk products and not eggs? You will never buy a fertal (sp?) egg, so they are nothing more than waste. Add eggs.

Hell add meat... :)

Best luck, sorry no real advice.

I saw some movie where they said adherence to vegan diets is one of the first signs of lesbianism....you also post weird sleep cycle....and use of replacement male hormones. my keen powers of deduction have decidedly deduced diffinitevely that you are one of those infamous British Columbian Lesbian Streetwalkers who have been using pierced hormone enhanced clitorisis to kill rich fetish seeking johns in political positions and take control of the world economy.

Drop all that bread and replace the fruit with vegetables.
Replace the potato with a yam.
All those carbs are going to make you a fatass. Bud you ever hear of Soy protein? More protein less carbs.

yes, soy protein is another excellent option. I would also add some spirulina for the B12.

Some future advice: because you eat no meat, when you diet supplement with some L-Carnitine. That will help you metabolise fat much more effectively.

I eat vegans! And soy protein is not a deesirable complete protein sorce to use as a staple of your protein needs. Excessive phytoestrogens are not my cup of tea. Sorry.
