Help! I need a homemade low carb shake recipe??

Hi guys,

Can anyone suggest a good low carb shake recipe?

I work awkward hours and would like to keep in with my 5 meals a day! To save money I thought it would be a good idea to knock up a load of shakes to take with me each day!

Any recipes or advice you could offer would be great! :p
 
i dont know how much of low carb your talking about
and i dont know any type of shake that's not going to taste like shit that is good for you but i do recomend muscle milk protein it's the best tasting protein ive ever treid probably the closest you will get to a shake
i dont think what i just wrote is what you were talking about but whatever
 
Thanks man, I was hoping for something with say 15g of carbs or less, It looks like its going to be back to buying some off the shelf
 
try mixing carb countdown chocolate milk with vanilla protein powder - good shit and like 5 carbs or something
 
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 scoops prot. powder.
1 TLBS. Natty PB
Ice.
that could be around 220 cals. and only 15 carbs w/out prot. powder, so depending on yours, it shouldn't be too much over 15 and close to 400 cals or more once you add your powder. may wanna add some splenda if not sweet enough and throw in a little cinnamon for flavor.
