Hamstring

I pulled my hamstring running a 40 yard dash on July 3rd. I rested it got it massaged and finally all the bruising in hamstring went away. I still have some bruising on the top of my calf. I decided to play hockey the other night and that lasted all of 3 minutes. It is bruised all over again, the whole back of leg is very swollen and no matter how much I stretch it, it stays so tight. I tried to get a deep tissue massage however I could not deal with the amount of pain there was when the area was being touched. What if anything can I do to help heal this?
