This recipe is pretty simple, taste good and is great for cutting or bulking with a few changes.
CUTTING VERSION:
1 can albacore tuna
1 small tomato
1 small pickel
1 tbs fat free mayo
1 tsp hot sauce
2 slices whole wheat/whole grain bread
Preheat the oven to 375*f, you will see why later.
Dice the the tomato and pickel into little chunks, add them to the tuna in a bowl. Next add the fat free mayo and hot sauce. Mix that for about 30 sec. Place the mixture onto the whole wheat bread. Place the sandwhich into the oven for about 8 min.
It's kind of like a toasted sub, only a little better for ya.
The bulking version, you could replace the fat free mayo with regular. You could also use 2 cans of tuna etc.
