Decline Situps: Bodyweight + 45lb plate x 2 sets of 20
Hang Snatch: bar x a bunch of various warm-up stuff, 135x3, 155x1, 175x1, 185x1, 195x1, 200x1, 205x1, 210x1, 215x1, 215x1 (these were good, I thought I got a little sloppy on the second to last set, so I did it again to my liking, which is why the two singles at 215)
Front Squat: 135x5, 225x5, 275x5, 300x5, 320x3, 330x3, 335x3, 295x10 (All I remember about reps 9 and 10 is doing them as I almost blacked out, lol, I feel if strength were the limiting factor, I could have done 20 reps with this, but I just couldn't breath, lol)
Dumbell Curl:50'sx8, 60'sx8, 65'sx8 (a curl is a curl, not much to say)
Decent day, was out of town for two days, did lots of driving and got shitty sleep, felt a little 'off' but I'm glad I trained, I'll probably take the weekend to eat and get on my normal sleep schedule and I may begin training twice a day on Mon.....I'll post a template when I think of one, lol. If I train twice a day, I am going to have to eat an obscene amount of calories, because 2 a days always melt the pounds off me.
