I didn't get to bed last night until about 11:45ish, so I didn't want to get up at 5, as I felt the sleep after squats and deadlifts was more important. I will do some situps and back hypers tonight before my workout and work up to a VERY VERY light front squat single, maybe 300-ish, then do my planned workout, which is power cleans to a moderate single and some heavy and high volume flat benching.
I would like to be asleep no later than 11 on workout nights, but I feel so pumped up and energized it is tough sometimes....I have no problem waking up and feeling good, but I feel I should get 8-9 hours of sleep though for immune system health and general recovery during heavy training.
