Getting rid of Gyno without Letro...

I have a lump under my right nipple and a larger lump beneath my left nipple. I ran letro in the past and did not get good results from it...Recently I ran Nolva at 20mg/ed for 2 months and got decent results.

The lumps shrank and sensitivity disappeared. But after a couple of months of not using Nolva, sensitivity has returned and lumps are almost as noticeable as they were before.

I plan on trying a combination of Raloxifene, Aromasin, and Nolva to get rid of my Gyno this time around. Can anyone on here suggest a protocol that I could use?

First, What did you take get the gyno? Second, You could be experiencing estro rebound from coming off nolva. I used to run a suicide a.i. weeks after nolva (when i took it) to prevent rebound

I had puffy nipples since my teenage years due to some slight Gyno brought on by puberty. Applying Forma Stanzol right on my nipple has made a big noticeable difference in the condition of my Gyno as my nipples do no look as puffy as they once did. With Forma Stanzol you should notice that hard mass go away within the first week of use.

ya i find that slowly tapering your dosage after you stop taking them helps out. at least especially the AI's. i taper down .1 ML each week

i would do 25mg aromasin ED only and see how that treats you.

another thing to consider is caber....you could have increased prolactin levels causing gyno. obviously blood tests would help you determine that

also, yes what caused the gyno?
do you have a lot of body fat? this can sometimes be a culprit
increase your cardio each week to lower your body fat, and this will help adjust to the increase in estrogen when tapering off of the AI

I think you should get some blood work and see where your problem is coming from,,estradiol,,prolactin,,etc...

I have considered getting blood work done, although I have not run harsh steroids that would cause prolactin induced gyno.

My bodyfat is a little higher now than it has been in the past.

I will get blood work done soon and then determine what the best course of action is. In the meantime, I will have Raloxifene, Nolva, and Aromasin on hand

Could I have gotten gyno from supps like Endosurge, Erase, and DAA? Those are the only things I've used in the last year or so and thats when I started noticing the onset of symptoms

Erase should prevent Gyno if anything. DAA has the potential for increasing female-like hormones, this could cause Gyno in people who are prone to it.

I personally experienced Gyno syntoms during puberty, but never much from juice. Since I started juicing at about 19yrl I have been using Nolvadex back then, later Arimidex, then much later Aromasin. So all of my years juicing my Gyno never quite worsened, it was just some puffiness on the nipple that wouldn't go away.

Until recently I have been experimenting with Androsta and Formestane. I have to admit the most improvement I have ever seen to my Gyno has been from applying Forma Stanzol right on to the nipple, 2 squirts each nipple, x2 per day.

I find with forma its more of a temporary fix. Once you stop they'll probably go back to normal just like any mild ai.

Not sure but if you had better results with nolva I would think your letro may have been bunk. Also you most likely will rebound from a solo letro run so you definitely need a suicidal ai such as forma or aromisin right after the letro.

DAA has been shown to increase estrogen as well at higher doses.
