Getting rid of Gyno without Letro...

I have a lump under my right nipple and a larger lump beneath my left nipple. I ran letro in the past and did not get good results from it...Recently I ran Nolva at 20mg/ed for 2 months and got decent results.

The lumps shrank and sensitivity disappeared. But after a couple of months of not using Nolva, sensitivity has returned and lumps are almost as noticeable as they were before.

I plan on trying a combination of Raloxifene, Aromasin, and Nolva to get rid of my Gyno this time around. Can anyone on here suggest a protocol that I could use?

It's odd that letrozole did not help you but it's all relative. In general, letrozole works in over 90% of gynecomastia cases; however, a minority might have the same problem as you. In that case, you should consider another suicide aromatase inhibitor (Aromasin) combined with a SERM like Tamoxifen.

Going forward, it's going to rely on you seeing how your body reacts to what drug. A suggestion would be combining: Aromasin with Tamoxifen; however, always remember this can have negative consequences on libido - especially with higher doses of Aromatase inhibitors.
