I agree with you, even though it felt strong, it was quite easy to reinjure. Now I know that and even if I do feel strong, I'm going to stay light for a while before I stack on any weight.
you guys are the best... I was so down yesterday and today, after this outpouring of support from you guys I feel better mentally. Oh and these vicodin and flexeril's aren't hurting my mood any, that's for sure![]()
Legg press kills my lower back. Legg Press seems to put a lot of stress on my lowers back, more then squats or deads.
