I agree with you, even though it felt strong, it was quite easy to reinjure. Now I know that and even if I do feel strong, I'm going to stay light for a while before I stack on any weight.

you guys are the best... I was so down yesterday and today, after this outpouring of support from you guys I feel better mentally. Oh and these vicodin and flexeril's aren't hurting my mood any, that's for sure :)

Legg press kills my lower back. Legg Press seems to put a lot of stress on my lowers back, more then squats or deads.
 
Same here... it's strange, and kinda counter-intuitive, but that's the way she goes I guess.

I want details once you start your cycle, Bab! :D

badbart, nice to hear I wasn't the only one with that problem on the leg press. I can remember before I injured my back that I would still feel a strain in my lower back. I think part of it is when i go heavier than I should. I know this is a no no and definitely a rookie mistake on my part(although I don't consider myself a rookie). That's pretty much why I'm so mad at mysefl for throwing so much weight up there.

oh and Doc, you'll definitely get ALL the details when i start my cycle. I'm going to post a thread when I start and bascially add to it everyday or so. That way people can see the progression.
 
Good luck recovering from your broken back. I hurt mine in football years ago and it still bothers me today. It's hard for me to squat with big time weight anymore. Maybe you will have better luck. Bam
 
i feel your pain, i was in my second week of a sust EQ dbal cycle when i strained the igiments in ml ankle. i havent been abel to walk and its been a week. i am on crutches and doing what i can in the gym, lol. nothing i can carry all machine weight and not heavy at all since i can not put pressure on ym foot. i am replenishing ym stock and am praying i can start again on monday.. 1 week from today. SAD SAD SAD.. i guess thhe thing to do when on gear or about to get on gear is stear clear of all the unneeded risks. i'd much rather be bulking up and looking good rather than sitting here on this chair with a fat ankle all for a few minutes of basketball. lmao.

any way. keep ya chin up i guess. it wont be long now.
 
well, it's been weeks since I posted on this thread. I'm about 2 weeks into my primo/dbol cycle and so far so good. the dbol just fucks with me in ways it's hard to describe. I get nagging pains in my shoulders and it just keeps me from lifting 100%. I've been on 20-30mg of dbol for about 2 weeks now and have decided to stop the dbol all together and stick with the primo 200mg e3d. I'm going to post an update next week. So far so good though. the lower back is holding up ok. I've been staying off the bball court and doing 20 rep squats and hardly any weight at all on deadlifts(too afraid of reinjuring my lower back while on).
 
NO NO NO dont stop the dbal, the sides go away about week 3, i promise, i love d bal. and the pain and discomfort go away. i promise, stay on the d bal. GREAT gains and awesome strength while on. STAY ON
 
i combine it at 30 mg ED stacked with 500 mg sust and 400 mg EQ a wK, the dbal is a keepr in my opinon helps me get 100% out of my work outs.
