First tren cycle

I will be taking test as well. What would a good first cycle of tren look like including pct? I’m new here. Seems like a good place. I want to learn and avoid stupid mistakes. Everybody’s got opinions looking for facts from people who know.

Diet?
Goals?

I’ve been lifting consistently for 2 years. On and off my whole life. I work out 6 days a week. I’ve only done one cycle last year. Winston and anavar. I’m been on trt last 6 months. 75mg lotion a day. Just switched to im. Test C 250. I do .4 twice a week. 200 grams of protein a day. I eat pretty clean. I stay away from processed sugar and food. I’m 47. 185lbs. 12 percent body fat. It seems I’ve somewhat plateaued. I’m looking to break out of that and add some size and lose some fat. I can bench press 275 squat 405 just to give you a general idea where I’m at dead lift 375.

@Sbjake welcome to the EF fam bro its hard to say what you should do on tren because we dont know much about your right?
think about it 47 year old we telling him go pin some tren bro lol and then you get hurt etc shit happens
best thing is you start your LOG journal with your TRT you're doing now, share your diet training sleep history and supps and more in a NEW thread and we'll guide you as an EF family, usually takes 15min to put one up and 5min/week to update not much time

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i would suggest tren ace for a first timer. and cap the cycle at 250mgs a week and 6 weeks max. that will give you a taste

Honestly if this is your first actual injectable cycle I would just run 500mg/wk test. With proper diet and training you will grow no problem. Tren is a very advanced steroid that can have some pretty serious side effects. It's better to hold off and use some other injectables first to see how you/your body reacts. I didn't use tren until years of using other gear.
IMO, start with a solid test only cycle and maybe add in anavar the last 6 weeks or so. After that go back to TRT for a while and then you can start to experiment with stacking other gear. Ifd you use multiple compounds right out of the gate and get sides you won;t know where they are coming from and how to deal with them.
Whatever you choose to do make sure you start a log so we can help you along the way.
