First cylcle, second week into it? How should i?

This of course my first cycle, how are you supposed to be. From all the stories of the past which, i don't know if they are true or fake. You're supposed to be pumped up and wired all the time is this true. I am taking 500 sust 250 a week and 30mg of pronobol a day. Just Curious if the shit is worth it and if it's working.:cool:
 
I felt great while on D-Bol, you should start to notice the effects from the Test around weeks 3-4. I started to notice a streth increase around week2 from the D-Bol. Make sure you get in those cals and you will grow nice. Good Luck on your cycle!

What should my cal intake i pretty much just eat as much as i can trying to elimate some fat. I just can't get into all that measuring out shit. i am trying to get 1 gram of protien per pound. how many carbs should i be getting in or does it even matter
 
You should have gained some water weight already, and in the coming two weeks you should see some great strength gains. Cals should be 3500 plus and try to get 1.5g protein/pound. I know it's tough, but if you spent the cash on the gear make the most of it.
 
I agree, I try to get between 1.5-2 grams of Protein per pound of body weight. Eat foods like Rice, Pasta, Fish, Lean red meats, Tuna, Potatoes, Turkey, Chicken, Begals, Egg whites, Peanut butter, Nuts, Fruits, Vegtables, Protein shakes. You could also throw in a weight gainer such as N-Large 2 by Prolab if you have trouble geting in those cals. Good Luck!

So when you're on sust, you wouldn't actually see or feel any results until around the 3/4th week? How would it feel exactly? Would your strength just jump up all the sudden or should have it been steadily coming? I'm on my 3rd week, but I haven't seen any strength jumps at all. I've been pretty much the same as always. I've been stuck for the past year at the same weight, I want to gain something lol:D :D :D :D
