Browncloud: No i haven't noticed any sides and I've been on it for about five years or so. Just remeber that proscar was designed to be administered in 5mg doses for prostate, so its doubtful that a 5mg dose is really going to be that bad for you. But then again, different people react differently to different drugs.

WannaImpress: Any doc will tell you that it is very common to notice intial fallout with finasteride or minoxidil. It even states that on the paper insert that comes in the proscar box.The results begin to manifest themselves in about 4-5 months. Good Luck.

the side effect warning is bullshit. I dont know anyone having sexual side effects from propecia. The warning label is scary saying decreased sexual activity, decreased amounts of ejaculation and other scary thoughts. BUT I have never felt any of these effects but my sexual drive is way above normal so maybe that is why. Hehe

I've tried it a 1/4 pill three seperate times. Stopping each time because I felt I was weaker in the gym, less interested in sex, and just felt like a pussy in general. I wanted it to be consistent with it, but I like my aggression too much...
