Ok endurance guys (especially cyclists),
Here's my question... Eq or deca in moderate doses for endurance strength without huge weight gain? ie 200mg of deca + winny 50mg Eod or sub the deca for Eq?
which is going to give the best strength with min sides and weight gain?.
Is it better to use deca off season to build muscle and strength and then use more moderate AAS like anavar and winny in season for strength and recovery ( by the way we are talking for cycling here! )
Any advice is welcome
I would say the general rule of thumb for bike racers is avoid deca (sorry decagod). One, it is easy to test positive for it; and two, it will add too much weight. I'd do EQ and winny or EQ alone. I would avoid deca during the offseason-just too much weight gain.
When using AAS for performance enhancing reasons use these criteria for evaluating the AS to be used:
1) What is reliable clearance time?
2) How quickly can I recover from it and return to normal hormone function?
3) Will it increase RBC production?
4) Will the strength gains be significant?
5) Will the gains in strength last post cycle?
6) Will I have limited weight gain?
7) What are other beneficial sides?
I'd use the EQ in the offseason with winny. Then I'd probably use the EQ again during the season. Anavar and winny would work well too, but EQ's RBC boosting properties would make it an excellent choice. You really want to avoid gaining much weight at all if you can. I know this is very hard but it is important. In a sport where power-to-weight ratio is key you need to be light. And you can always be lighter than you think. Plus you have to think seriously about adding muscle and if that muscle (strength) is worth the added weight. You could add lots of weight and strength, but you may end up with a lower power to weight ratio. Even in a flat crit you need to worry about added weight since you will accelerate out of every corner. Some food for thought.
