I tried this cheap liquid pre-digested protein, made of colagen and bone meal (yeah it was really cheap and they still sell them), gave me the worst shits I ever had in my life, I mean explosive gut gurgeling toilet bowl messer. My thinking was, sine it is pre-digested, I won't have to worry about any adverse gut reaction, hehehehehe whow.
