Does music do this to you?

So here i am passing time doing some hw in my dorm, waiting to fall alseep so i can get up early and workout. I decide to search for some new songs to get pumped. After going through like 300 songs, i find one that is incredible. I am so pumped listening to it that i go down to the track, do HIIT for 10 laps (2.5 miles?), and then decide to run up and down the stairs surrounding the soccer stadium, (rougly 10 ups and 10 downs). So now im back in my room, and still waiting to fall asleep:) Just felt like sharing this event.

totally agree.

fast paced, kick-your-ass music is the best when workin out.......I've noticed i wear down faster when at the gym if im w/out it

I get over-zealous when training with music... always trying to push too hard.
Especially when listening to songs from Arnie Movies (e.g. 'Commando' end theme by Powerstation - We Fight For Love)

It is better to train without music so you can concentrate on your technique without distraction.

Nice, some intense catabolic cardio right before bed...where you are fasting...then lifting first thing...lemme know how that goes
