Do you ever have to sign for ** stuff?

Got a notice in the mail that I was not at home and the mailman left a note saying that he has a registered letter and it needs a signature.
Is stuff usually sent registered? I thought it was normal mail.

So either I have to be here to sign for it or I have to pick it up at the post office with ID.

Little worried...what's the deal? (it's not tabs)

from what i understand, no prob. Go sign for it. Thats what im going to do if post office has my Stuff from him. I wouldnt worry, they are not going to be opening it from what i understand. bump

He sometimes sends the mail registered. It is no biggy. Just go sign for it. It happened to me once. Package was sent registered, I was not home when the mail person came to deliver it, thus he/she left a little paper saying the mail is registered and I can pick it up at the post office. Thus, I went signed for it and had no problems.

i never sign for anything anymore, if it can't come through without a sig., i don't want that shit. everyone knows they probably are not going to spend on the man hours for a little package, just seize it, but you never know. then again if i didn't have to be so careful due to my record, and current legal obligations, i wouldn't give a shit. you can afford it with fairly small repercussions if you've never had or aren't currently dealing with the system.

Cobra you need to check with your source and ask him if he sent the package so that you need to sign for it! If he says no, don't sign nothing!
