DNP experience so far...

Today is my second day on DNP at 200mg/day.

Sides that I'm experiencing so far...

- Bar Diarrhea, Is this common? Don't think I read anywhere that DNP casues diarrhea. Been low carbing for 3 weeks now so my waste is usually far from diarrhea.

- Mouth keeps getting dry and my taste buds seem a bit dead.

- A lot more hungry then usual.

- My head feels a bit wierd and everything seems brighter.

Thats pretty much it for sides. I realize it takes a few days for DNP to really kick in so I'm taking it low and slow to be safe.
Also, I haven't weighed in today but I do feel like I've lost weight. Looking in the mirror today had me wondering if maybe I just lost water weight but that wouldn't make sense because dnp causes water retention

I plan on going 200mg/day for 5 days, if I don't feel any sides and weightloss is slow I will bump up to 400mg.
 
I'm on day 5 of 14 at 200mg / day, and just today I began feeling some extra heat. Sides have been very minor. I've kept carbs low, but not too low. Training and cardio have remained the same. Legs got WAY more sore than usual this week, don't know if it's related. I'm going to do 3 days of 600 mg /day this weekend, so I don't have to worry about sweating through my suits at work, then back to 200 or 400 for my last week. I can definetley tell I'm holding a good amount of water. I'm drinking about 2 gallons / day. Nine more days to go, I'm not going to weigh myself until my last day, and then 7 days after I'm finished. I'll let you know what I end up losing.
 
I am 5'10" and about 25% BF. I have bodyfat, long-term in the female areas. I am on day 5 of DNP 600mg in three divided doses. I also take multivitamin/mineral twice daily along with Glucophage, Captopril, and Yohimburn. I went low carb last week. This week, my appetite is diminished. I eat three meals (isocaloric) and two snacks consisting of fruit. I apply the Yohimburn twice daily.

I feel like I have been running a marathon all week, 24/7. I keep a fan on me all day and night--it helps. Diarrhea is apparent. I don't see any improvement in my physique. I have been doing cardio three times per week. My female fat areas don't show any improvement. Next week, I will do low carb and no DNP. Then the following week will be my last DNP week. the jury's still out, but I will keep an open mind until the end of the cycle.

you wont see the results until after the cycle. dnp makes you retain water. once this water is shed, you will notice.

Bro, I have read (DNP Manual) that you are not supposed to exceed 7 days at a time and then 7 off ,then back on. Is there any difference how many cyles of dnp have you used. I am thinking of doing one but it seems to be getting to close to summer and I already sweat alot cause of my weight. The Game
 
your first few cycle shouldnt last more than 7 days. after 9 days t3 level are drasticly lowered. you can go as long as you can if you supplement with t3
 
Whoa DNP has hit me on day 3. I feel shitty right now, no sweating though just really hot. Last night I had a hard time falling asleep because of hot flashes which is kinda wierd because all through out the day I was sorta cold, then as soon as I try and get to sleep my temp shoots up.

I'm only using a multivitamin for a supplement, should I not exceed over 7 days on dnp?
 
I just finished my first DNP cycle at 7 days.. 4 @250, and the latter 3 at 500.... which made me noticably hotter. I didn't sweat too crazy until day 7 though. I found that water(tons) was the biggest help for counteracting all sides... like bad headaches, dizziness, laziness...etc. Took mulit, anti-ox, glycerol... kept carbs at med/low range... and today.. 2 days later... still retaining some water, but am definitely leaner. It works, but you pay the price. I felt like I had the flu for a week.

Good to hear it is working, like they say "No pain no gain!" Cant wait for my DNP to come in. Should get it sometime next week and I am going to do I believe 21 days at 250mg with t3. Hoping to lose about 15-20lbs of that stubborn fat. Also I am a bit confused. People tell me and I have read that cardio and DNP do not mix. Those who do do cardio how do you feel compare to days that you do not do cardio on DNP.
