M Mr.X Guest Sep 21, 2002 #2 I wouldn't eat too much before bed. Have a big meal, but if you do so, cut out the carbs and add fiberous veggies. i.e. broccolli. this will promote better digestion and decrease the chance of overnight fatgain Mr.X
