& im freaking out about going back tomorrow... I usually do dumbell side lateral raises at the same time- but genius thought if I did them one at a time I wouldnt use momentum so much.. anyway- I raise the first db (30lbs) to the side & fall right off the bench... smack the db into the floor.
shit! like everyone saw it & two guys came over to see if i was ok. Im such an idiot... the front desk guys even asked if i was ok on the way out!! ugh

relax, these things happen. i was getting into the squat rack last month and was too lazy to strip a 220lb bar that had been left there - so i get under it to squat it up, and i lose balance, falling stiffly with 220 on my shoulders, clanging into the rack and finally landing on my tush, with the weight clanging even more (if thats possible) onto the support bars
