Ok first off, you were doing lateral shoulder raises with a 30lb db? or the ab move? If it was shoulder raises I ask again WILL YOU MARRY ME?
Secondly that's no where near as embarassing as failing a squat at 455lbs and literally throwing the weight onto your brother before it comes crashing to the floor and everyone looks over to see you sitting on the ground with the weight behind you and your brother limping around in pain. And that's just one story I have.
Of course if you need someone to come straighten out the gym members, I know a big guy in a kilt that can help.
