Here's what I'm striving for as I don't wanna get super veiny and ripped.
Just to be a pretty, natural, strong lady:
I'm cleared to workout with only lighter weights. No pulldowns or super heavy weights. Only easier cardio so far. I can stand up very straight now finally.
Phase one again? Please advise me when you can
I know you're busy but I am really ready to attack this thing again and feel so free of my loose skin now!
What should I do?
