Ok 5g in the morning 5g in the afternoon 5g after workout (this is only 4/7 days). Does that sound like overloading or is it good? I'll say 16 wks on 2 wks off with 100mg ALA every once in a while to protect the old liver.
Here's my big question though: Is lactose a good sugar for creatine or is dextrose the only good one? I heard regular old table sugar is ok to use/
