My friend who is trying his first cycle to drop the last 10 pounds is trying a Clen + T3 cycle.
Diet is clean. Three days cardio, three days weights.
He's only on day 4.
T3 - 3x per day @ 15mcg per dose. Static, not planning to change.
Clen - Day 1 20mcg one time, Day 2 - 20mcg twice (a fair amount of shaking), Day 3 - repeat Day 2 to see if things stabilized (they did a little bit), Day 4 - 30mcg in the morning (really uncomfortable shaking). Planning to drop back to 20 mcg later in the day.
Is this par for the course? Most things he's read say to start at 20mcg and ramp up by an add'l 20mcg per day until you reach 100 or 120.
Supplementing with Taurine - 1000mg 2x daily also.
