For the first week only I am doing 100mg TWICE per week,so yah only 200 mg per week for first week. The second week I will increase to 200mg shots twice per week to get 400mg per week.

IMO you wasted your first week of your primo. should have gone with 400mg a week the whole time. goodluck bro
