... let me tell you about a black kid named Timothy when I was in high school. He was a junior in my senior year. This kid (no joke) 240lbs and did not have an ounce of fat on him. 21 inch arms and he was NATURAL. He was from a dirt poor family who grew their own food and Timothy rode a bicycle four miles to school everyday. NOW GET THIS.... he had one of those Olympic 315lbs standard barbell sets and nothing else. He would use a picnic bench for a flat bench. He did inclines by stacking bricks under the flat bench and giving it height and angle. He could squat 315 25 times. And in order to squat it, HE HAD TO CLEAN AND JERK THE WEIGHT ABOVE HIS HEAD AND SETTLE IT ON HIS SHOULDERS. He once kicked a basketball in gym class so hard it shattered the backboard of the basketball goal when it hit.
Flawless body, excellent proportions.
This is one of those guys that I always wondered what happened to.
