5 weeks into my diet... Next week I am off to the Arnold Classic to see the Governator I wish I would have started cutting up a month earlier... 6 weeks was not enough... 12 would have been ideal... but with the holidays it was not possible

PS. The hair removal thing will be happening within the next couple of days.... Iwish the hair on my head would grow as fast as it does on my chest and back

Well folks, it's exactly 7 weeks to the day since I started my post holiday diet... I pretty much achieved the look I was going for... I might have been able to loose another 5 or so lbs, but I did not want to end up looking flat and depleted
