Car Stereo Fuckers - It's 2 am

It's now 2 am and my asshole neighbors are BLASTING their car stereo - it's not so much the noise but the bass they have jacked up all the way. The cops have already been there twice and gave them a ticket for violating the noise ordinance - but they are still playing their shitty ass system.

It wouldn't be that bad if the entire car didn't shake - someone should introduce them to Dynamat or expanding foam.

Should I call the cops or go over there and tell them to shut it the fuck down? I wasn't the person that called the two previous times ....

Call the cops again. For real. I HAD neighbors like this about a year ago. They're gone now. Mainly because we made a concerted effort to call the Police everytime they fucked up in the middle of the night.

My neighberhood has 6 families on the block with infants and toddlers that shit just wont fly.
