I need some refrences

I do 3x8 close grip bench, 3x10 skull crushers for triceps-on chest day. I am starting with 3x8 pushpress, 3x10 side laterals, 2x15 facepulls, 2x10 plate raises for delts in abit.
 
For a long time it has been Bench Press, Overhead Press, and Chins but I'm considering doing some direct work although I do not believe it is necessary.
 
Workout 1:

1. Seated Barbell Presses - 1 set

Workout 2:

1. Standing Overhead Barbell Presses - 1 set

Workout 3:

1. Seated Machine Presses - 1 set


This is after 10 years of training. . .I started out with more and ended up with less. It works!
 
Tri's:

2X8 Pulldowns
2X8 Skull crushers
3X8 Weighted dips

Don't do much here as I almost kill them with my chest exercises.

Delts:

Not much here either as I don't think I need it because I am gettin great gains from these.

(not delts)5x5 Upright rows
2X8 or 3X8 Arnold Presses depending how I feel
2X8 Front raises
2X10 shrugs
