I do 3x8 close grip bench, 3x10 skull crushers for triceps-on chest day. I am starting with 3x8 pushpress, 3x10 side laterals, 2x15 facepulls, 2x10 plate raises for delts in abit.
For a long time it has been Bench Press, Overhead Press, and Chins but I'm considering doing some direct work although I do not believe it is necessary.
