I've never heard of creatine for only 2 days a week but I've heard of taking creatine 4 days on 3 days off or 5 days on and 2 days off. Supposedly the days off, while eating a variety of foods to provide the body with different nutrients, helps get the body back into the homeostasis which then helps the body use creatine more efficiently.
