I was just wondering.
I bet it's different for different brands of cable machines but does anyone have an idea?
It seems about 60% of the weight stated is what your actually lifting.
I barely ever get to go on the freeweights if I go at night, so I use machines alot.
Maybe I should go to a bigger gym.
