Carb Countdown is great nutritionally speaking and phenomenal tasting, it is a staple of mine for protein shakes and in the morning to curb my milk cravings. Have you tried the chocolate, Are you kidding? That stuff is too good, I don't buy it cuz I'll kill it from the container standing there with my refrigerator door open jacking up my electrical bills.

Bros who dis milk, have never tried this product.....I wouldnt drink reg. skim, Carb countdown however, by the carton!

Well, carb countdown, I imagine, would be fine, but I hear it costs quite a lot more. I try not to go for the marketed low carb foods, as anything that can possibly have the label "Low Carbs!" will have a huge price markup. Guess I gotta wait out the low carb rage...

There are tons of other CHEAPER protein sources...
