maybe when i'm at 475/725+ for both lifts :) A raw 425-435 really isnt very much for someone my size compared to the numbers PLers put up.. especially bench specialists.



Last night, bench 315 x 3, 405 x 2, 415 x 2, 335 x 8+1 365 x 4+1

seated press in the rack, dead stop on each rep from the chin

225 x 5, 245 x 4, 245 x 3

Lying db extensions 45's x 10, 50's x 8

good workout.. my bench progression has slowed down a little but I'm hoping to hit 405 for a triple next time I do flat (and 335 for 10)
 
Dammit, I keep forgetting to take my Amplify O2/ MCC stack and my workouts are suffering. I don't have that amped up, lazer beam focus in the gym and my mind-blowing pumps and insane vascularity just weren't there tonight.

Safety squat , worked up to 875 x 1 which was fuckin hard.. took too much time off this lift and it's suffered as a result. Grr.

Went to 925 for a single but pussied out when I took it out of the stands. next time.

Leg press, 12 plates/side x 5, 13 plates side x 4

calfs and leg curls

only had an hour to workout tonight and my focus was off a little.. hopefully next weeks leg session will be better cause I hate dragging my heels.
 
bench 405 x 4 (touch on the last one) .. I lost a rep here as I was out the groove slightly on the first, all power and no finesse. I'm dropping the decline and doing 2 flat and one dip session in each ME lift rotation (so bench-bench-dip, repeat)

365 x 6 to backdown, not to failure

Tbar row (taken some time off this, bad idea), only worked up to 7 plates x 5

DB shoulder press, 120's x 7

Parallel pullups

T'was a very short lil workout as I was seriously rushed for time, today I deadlift :D
