Dammit, I keep forgetting to take my Amplify O2/ MCC stack and my workouts are suffering. I don't have that amped up, lazer beam focus in the gym and my mind-blowing pumps and insane vascularity just weren't there tonight.
Safety squat , worked up to 875 x 1 which was fuckin hard.. took too much time off this lift and it's suffered as a result. Grr.
Went to 925 for a single but pussied out when I took it out of the stands. next time.
Leg press, 12 plates/side x 5, 13 plates side x 4
calfs and leg curls
only had an hour to workout tonight and my focus was off a little.. hopefully next weeks leg session will be better cause I hate dragging my heels.
