Last time I had SHBG tested it was like 16 I think? Go to that calculator page I posted and plug in your numbers. Then change your 42 SHBG to 16 and recalc. % of Free T will go from <2 to >3.

Use an AI to get your E2 down also. Just have to play with dosing and keep testing it to get to a comfortable level. Too low and your joints will hurt, too high and you're a bitch.

that is a good question. I did a full scan a few years back and it was ok. I may run that process again. If Libido was not also the issue, I would be more concerned.
