bigger neck

best thing for the neck is just to lift heavy---heavy squats, heavy deads, ect. The straining alone with build a big neck. I have a large neck and have never done neck exercises.
 
slobberknocker- Maybe Im just slow today, but what does "gm" stand for?

Also, about those neck harness thingys, dont get the Everlast one, its made for people with cranial elephantitis or some shit, things fucking huge, I gotta put on a big winter hat and then put it on for it to feel right.

sersiously i do exercises that may look stupid to some, but they work, and they make me stronger.

Also if you want a real "old school" neck exercise, try this. Take a towel, ball it up, and put it "on" the end of a broomstick, put your forehead down on the the towel, w/ your hands grabbing the broomstick right underneath the towel part. Then, run/sidestep circles around the broomstick while putting all the weight you can onto your forehead. Sounds a little odd/dumb, but even the guy everyone is calling "the best fighter ever" lately still does em. give it a try
 
A cheap trick I used to do when I boxed was this:

Grab a buddy and/or workout partner. Sit down, and look directly at the ground. Have your buddy hold the back of your head, while you apply force upwards. Hold for 10 seconds, then release. Do 5 sets of this. Make sure you're pushing pretty hard on each set. Then switch to the side. Lay your head on your shoulder, then repeat the same process pressing in the opposite direction. Same 10 second holds. This worked well for me, your neck will be sore as piss for a while but it works wonders for neck strength.
