Ok so I lost 6 pounds total while I was sick, felt weak as hell the entire time and had almost no energy. I missed out on the gym a few days, and really expected to come back very weak Thursday, but I KILLED it somehow. I also upped my N2Bulk to twice a day. Once postworkout, once before bed. This, along with Beast, has taken me back up 4 pounds just in the last two days. I was blown away when I stepped on the scale this morning.
