That's my point though timtim..he hasn't done anything wrong here. It seems to me he attempted to do the right thing himself first time out without necessitating running to a mod. Sure a mod might be of help now which is great but i don't see him posting his present experience as anything detrimental and in fact might be of use in his situation with making the source more aware of his plight seeing as they have chosen to ignore him.

The fact another member has already chimed in with a similar experience does seem to indicate this is more than a single issue.

My request was answered one time, and then they ignored me. Like I said I have been a member for quite awhile, and I will be damned if I am going to sit by and let other people get burned.
I have given them plenty of time to respond, and my actions are cetainly appropiate for the situation.

lets not get too worked up here. these things have happened with many board sponsers and the situation gets fixed. thats why contacting a mod is usually a good first step. needto has direct contact to these sponsers. its easier for you in the long run than posting these threads and overreacting. im just trying to help you here. im sure everything is fine. its not worth getting all upset over when there are people who can help. thats the reason we hit up mods first. thanks for understanding.
 
No Worries, as I am certainly not worked up. Its only about $70, its just the principle.If there is a reasonable explanation I will certainly communicate that to the forum members.
 
i think one thing that IS important to learn from this is customer satisfaction. Yes going thru a mod will help in geting his product but, as a business owner myself, I feel that noone should have to go thru that process to get a product that they order. A perfect example of this is Needto's company.....I have ordered from him several times and never have I had a problem...he is quick to get the product out and it is excately as described. Even if this member is upset he should be able to express his opinion of his experience with a company. I know I have seen way too many threads over the past several months haveing some serious issues with this company and that I personally will never order from them. I will even go one step further and ask that the Mods consider weither or not they should even be allowed to be a sponser.
 
To be honest, this isnt the first time something like this has happened from this sponsor. I can remember countless threads made about this sponsor and they were all negative. I know they are a sponsr but that doesnt mean we cant share our experience or our opinion with other people on this board so we are fully aware of what we are getting ourselves into when ordering or thinking about ordering.
 
Well that sux. I was just about to place a large order with them (never used them before). I pretty much always assume, if they are a sponser here; they are ok. I had heard some minor issues before, but they always cleared up & everyone would say "gtg", or "they're ok". I do know that packages from overseas must be allowed some leeway & terms of transit time. How long have you been waiting on the product? Are you more angry in the amount of time, or the fact that they are not responding ?
 
look bro I had a similar problem but not from that sponsor.. I called needto and he fixed the problem right away . Just give him a call and explain the situation ,,,,you wont regret it :heart::heart:
