Be honest, do you find yourself constantly playing "catch-up" with your gains when...

Time on = time off and I'm back to my orginal weight even with heavy lifting.

I'm starting to think it isn't worth it. I know I won't hold my gains, but I'll be bigger for about 10 weeks or so then have to start up again and the it is harder to make gains so I have to use more juice..

i was never convinced about the time on = time off 'formula'.

to start with, every cycle is different and so a gram a week of test cycle will differ from a 500mg primo cycle. you cant possibly say that the primo cycle will require the same time off as the gram of test cycle even if both cycles were the same duration.

now, every body rejuvenates quickly. personally, i feel a slight down but i really think its mostly a mental one, and maybe only a slight actual physical down. somebody else may actually REALLY suffer a harsh physical down of post cycle.

but for those who are under their genetic max and are reverting to their pre-cycle weight after a few months off the sauce...

YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING WRONG!

either the diet is off, or the training is not intense. you may be doing too much cardio. not enough sleep. many factors to consider, but with proper post therapy you should be able to keep i'd approximiate about 50-75% of your gains.

I agree with satchboogie. Of course you don´t maintain all your gains post cycle, but if you follow a correct post cycle and recuperate your endogenous levels as soon as possible you should be maintain some gains I agree with satch percentage.
When ff don´t go overboard in aerobic activities, keep training intensity , rest enough to recuperate and eat enough calories

LC: what were your starting stats and what are your present stats?

Also, is there some kind of "formula" to determine genetic max? I dont expect 99.99% accuracy, just ballpark.

Thanks.

bump

I'd love to hear about this. I know you could just look at your dad and grandad, but my friend is stacked pretty good: 5'11' 200lbs, 10%bf and his dad and grandad are just small beer belly guys.

I read one time on here someone mentioning about calculating fom wrist and ankle size etc.

Anybody??

I started at 6'2" about 180 and right now i'm at 210 after a couple rather mild cycles. So i'm not at my weight limit.

I'll see if i can find the ballpark formula to determine genetic weight limit.

Can't find it- i think it was 5'9" 190 pounds lean... and add 10 pounds per inch... not sure if this is exactly right- and obviously it will vary for everyone.
