I'm 6'2, 210, with 6% bodyfat, and about to do my first cycle. I hope I can keep atleast 10-12 poiunds. I have pretty good genetics to be where I am now naturally, so hopefully good things will happen. I'm going to be pissed if I lose all my gains after a little while off. I train well and and eat well (clean, but not restricted), but I don't sleep enough. We'll see.
