Well I have been on my cycle for 4 weeks

1000mg test a week(which I think is underdosed) will be switching brands.
50mg dbol ed
600mg EQ a week
6 IU GH ed
25mg aromasin ed, will be switching to 2.5mg of femara ed, because aromasin lowers igf-1 levels, and the femara will help raise.
12.5mcg T3 ed

Well thing is I fell flat all the time, I am thinking its due to the insulin resistance caused by the GH, I dont think its the T3 at that low a dose, besides my metabolism is not that fast.

Well I think insulin might solve the problem, I need some advice on insulin, its the only road I have not traveled down yet.

I will be picking up some humalog tommorow, and I need to know the diffrence between humilin-r, and humalog. The kick in time and peak time. I know humilin can be used pre workout due to its kick in time.

I need to know exactly how to use the humalog, I deffinately want to keep fat gain to a low.

This is an example of my bulking diet
Carbs 300 low days 500-600 high days, im not sure I should even worry about low days.
fat 50-70 grams, healthy EFA's, and natty PB, actuallly might be to low.

The only reason I added low carb days was to figure out where my metabolism is at, sometimes when your undercarbed you get that smooth sloppy look. Im trying to figure out if I am not eating enough carbs.

Carb sources from, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, oatmeal, cream of wheat, and occasionally white rice. And of coarse dextrose post workout.
Protein 300-350

Well I tried to give as much info as possible, but mainly neede to know about humalog.
 
Well I have been taking Humalog since it was first produced because I am diabetic. I would take it immediately before carbohydrate consumption. It acts very quickly. When taking Humilin R you can wait about 30 minutes before consuming carbs but I don't know if I would recommend taking it preworkout. I have been taking GH for about a year and a half and don't seem to get flat. I have also never heard that aromasin lowers IGF-1. I have been taking aromasin for a year. Maybe I should switch back to arimidex but I like the results from aromasin. Can anyone else verify that aromasin lowers IGF-1 production? - cbeaks
 
From what I've read, the igf-1 lowering is so negligible that you could never notice it.

As far as the insulin goes, I'm no expert, but I can recommend some smart things I've read.

Take Humalog immediately after workout. Start at 4-5iu's and go up to 10iu's from there. Take in approx 10g of carbs per iu of slin shot - do this IMMEDIATELY after the shot. Within an hour or so, have a "real" meal as well - but no fat for an hour before the slin, or 3 hours after. Also, don't go to sleep for at least 4 hours after the shot.

These are the basics - as I said, I'm no expert.

As I said before, it's probably the insulin issue.......but I don't remember you mentioning T3 before. I am not a T3 fan. Makes me feel like shit during and after using it, and it makes me flat. I can get the same results by manipulating carbs. That is a low dose, though.

These other fellows have it right on the insulin. Humalog is best for a first time user. It's much easier to control with a 1 hour half-life. You just need to be correct on the carb intake for an hour or so, and then you can eat a reasonable meal. Humulin-r has a 2 hour half-life, but can surprise you with a spike later than you expect......I speak from experience here. With the insulin you are going to want a mix of some simple carbs and complex carbs. I like Endurox or just some malodex with juice and a little protein.
Start slow on the humalog and work up, cause it spikes right away....have that carb drink ready.
Actually the slower insulins produce better gains when using insulin alone. The big boys often use a 12 hour insulin like "N" along with fast ones. This is for diehards, and not the general public, but I'm thinking you are a diehard,, there envy....from the looks of that cycle. That's my kind of cycle!
