Well I have been on my cycle for 4 weeks
1000mg test a week(which I think is underdosed) will be switching brands.
50mg dbol ed
600mg EQ a week
6 IU GH ed
25mg aromasin ed, will be switching to 2.5mg of femara ed, because aromasin lowers igf-1 levels, and the femara will help raise.
12.5mcg T3 ed
Well thing is I fell flat all the time, I am thinking its due to the insulin resistance caused by the GH, I dont think its the T3 at that low a dose, besides my metabolism is not that fast.
Well I think insulin might solve the problem, I need some advice on insulin, its the only road I have not traveled down yet.
I will be picking up some humalog tommorow, and I need to know the diffrence between humilin-r, and humalog. The kick in time and peak time. I know humilin can be used pre workout due to its kick in time.
I need to know exactly how to use the humalog, I deffinately want to keep fat gain to a low.
This is an example of my bulking diet
Carbs 300 low days 500-600 high days, im not sure I should even worry about low days.
fat 50-70 grams, healthy EFA's, and natty PB, actuallly might be to low.
The only reason I added low carb days was to figure out where my metabolism is at, sometimes when your undercarbed you get that smooth sloppy look. Im trying to figure out if I am not eating enough carbs.
Carb sources from, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, oatmeal, cream of wheat, and occasionally white rice. And of coarse dextrose post workout.
